Try out our fitness club for ONE MONTH at no risk. We are convinced that we are the best, give us the opportunity to convince you and take advantage of this FREE trial. After entering your information, you will have the opportunity to print out a temporary pass you will bring the first time you come to the club. You may visit the club as many times as you wish during this 2-week period and your trial membership also includes "2" group exercise classes.

Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday - 5:45 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Friday - 5:45 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Saturday - 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Sunday - 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

Personal Training - We believe we have the best personal training program in Pittsburgh. Our personal trainers are certified professionals and ready to write an exercise prescription tailored specifically for you to assist you in meeting your goals.
Club Membership - Several Options to choose from. Unlike other clubs in the area - there are no hidden fees for our group classes, including specialty classes such as; spinning & yoga.
Group Exercise - We have spinning, Pilates, Yoga, Step, Muscle Pump & more. Over 20 classes per week to meet your demanding schedule.
Pilates - One-on-one sessions on a Stott Reformer. Our pricing structure per session is highly competitive and our instructor Sharon, is one of the best in the business.
