Guest Pass

Information: By filling out the following information, you will be able to try out our fitness club for a two week period at no risk. We are convinced that we are the best, give us the opportunity to convince you and take advantage of this FREE trial. After entering your information, you will have the opportunity to print out a temporary pass you will bring the first time you come to the club. You may visit club as many times as you wish during this 2-week period and your trial membership also includes "2" group exercise classes.

NOTE: Some restrictions apply. Offer applies to new members only. Teen/College Students are excluded. Individual also must be a resident of the Pittsburgh area – photo I.D. required.
