Instructor Sharon

An incredible cardiovascular workout on the bike will be combined with strength conditioning and/or resistance training utilizing light weights, body bars, xertubes, and resistance balls/bands. It is a fantastic full-body workout that will challenge both your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.
